Job Description

In charge of stock movement, receiving, recording, storing and deliveries.
To ensure all goods receiving must in good conditions and accurately.
To ensure stock inventory recorded is accurately.
Process requisitions and requests for supplies.
Prepare and package items for delivery or distribution to other departments.
To practice regular stock check to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock record
Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
To receive incoming goods from suppliers according to correct DO item and quantity, verification on expiry date of goods.
