Job Description

BENEFITS:

  • BASIC SALARY M2800 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 400 + KPI UP TO  RM 500

  • 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
  • WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID  TRAINING

REQUIREMENTS:

  • SPMAND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • FLUENT IN  MANDARINAS THE PERSON NEED TO DEAL WITH MANDARIN SPEAKING CLIENTS.
  • BASIC ENGLISH
  • WILLING TO WORK ONROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 5 DAYS WORKS AND 2 DAYS OFF)
  • WORKING HOURS: 7 AM UNTIL 3 AM(9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
  • ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK  IN THE OFFICE AT PETALING JAYA
  • AVAILABLE TO START WORK BYAUG SEPTEMBER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HANDLE COMMUNICATION INQUIRIES VIAINBOUND CALLS, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT WITH CUSTOMER.
  • ATTRACTS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY ANSWERING PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUESTIONS; SUGGESTING INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
  • RESOLVES SERVICE PROBLEMS BY CLARIFYINGTHE CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT; DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM; SELECTING AND EXPLAINING  SOLUTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM; EXPEDITING CORRECTION OR ADJUSTMENT; FOLLOWING UP TO ENSURE RESOLVED.
  • MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CALMLY RESPONDTO CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS
  • PROVIDE FEEDBACKTO MANAGEMENT AND SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
