Job Description
BENEFITS:
- BASIC SALARY M2800 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 400 + KPI UP TO RM 500

- 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
- WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING

REQUIREMENTS:
- SPMAND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- FLUENT IN MANDARINAS THE PERSON NEED TO DEAL WITH MANDARIN SPEAKING CLIENTS.
- BASIC ENGLISH
- WILLING TO WORK ONROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 5 DAYS WORKS AND 2 DAYS OFF)
- WORKING HOURS: 7 AM UNTIL 3 AM(9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
- ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT PETALING JAYA
- AVAILABLE TO START WORK BYAUG SEPTEMBER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HANDLE COMMUNICATION INQUIRIES VIAINBOUND CALLS, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT WITH CUSTOMER.
- ATTRACTS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY ANSWERING PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUESTIONS; SUGGESTING INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- RESOLVES SERVICE PROBLEMS BY CLARIFYINGTHE CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT; DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM; SELECTING AND EXPLAINING SOLUTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM; EXPEDITING CORRECTION OR ADJUSTMENT; FOLLOWING UP TO ENSURE RESOLVED.
- MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CALMLY RESPONDTO CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS
- PROVIDE FEEDBACKTO MANAGEMENT AND SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
