1. Help to prepare the best Takaful plans
2. Consult clients with good ethics and manners
3. Assist customers in choosing the right Takaful plans
4. Give advice and information on Takaful coverage in accordance to customers needs and budgets
5. Communicate with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
6. Prospect and sell products to customers via Benefit
7. Liaise with customers on pre and post sales
8. Engage and interact with customer face to face
9. Focus on customer-relationship
