Full-Time IMMEDIATE HIRING WITH BACIS SALARY RM 2000 (ENGLISH SPEAKER) CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AT PETALING JAYA
Job Description
BENEFITS:
- BASIC SALARY M2000 + NIGHT SHIFT UP TO RM 400 + KPI UP TO RM 500ALLOWANCE
- EPF, SOCSO
- 12 DAYS OF ANNUAL LEAVE AND 14 DAYS OF MEDICAL LEAVE
- WILL PROVIDE 1 MONTH OF PAID TRAINING
- A SUPPORTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
- NEARBY LRT STATION ARA DAMANSARA( 5 TO 10 MINUTES OF WALKING DISTANCE)
REQUIREMENTS:
- SPMAND ABOVE IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH (SPEAK AND WRITE)
- BASIC MALAY REQUIRED
- WILLING TO WORK ONROTATIONAL SHIFT ( 5 DAYS WORKS AND 2 DAYS OFF)
- WORKING HOURS: 7 AM UNTIL 3 AM(9 HOUR PER SHIFT AND 1 HOUR BREAKS )
- ABLE TO PHYSICAL WORK IN THE OFFICE AT PETALING JAYA
- AVAILABLE TO START WORK BY AUG 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HANDLECOMMUNICATION INQUIRIES VIA INBOUND CALLS, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT WITH PROFESSIONALISM
- ATTRACTSPOTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BY ANSWERING PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUESTIONS; SUGGESTING INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- RESOLVE SERVICE PROBLEMS BY CLARIFYING THE CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT; DETERMINING THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM; SELECTING AND EXPLAINING THE BEST SOLUTION TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM; EXPEDITING CORRECTION OR ADJUSTMENT; FOLLOWING UP TO ENSURE
- MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CALMLY RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS
- PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT AND SUGGEST PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS.
