<Looking for Dental Clinic Assistant CUM Ecommerce Assistant! >

Job requirement:
– Good attitude, willing to learn,
– 18 y/o – 35 y/o
– Able to work shift (9am-6pm; 12pm-9pm)
– Able to work Over Time
– Off day on Weekday
– Works 5.5 days/week
– EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ELAUN, OT, ANNUAL LEAVE

Job Responsibility

-General dental procedure
-Preparation of dental materials for treatment
-Ensures the cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments & equipment
-Assisting patients in taking X-Rays
-Dispensing medication to patients
-Collection of payments
-Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit.
-Appointment scheduling
-Provide treatment information
-Education patient post treatment care
-Regular dental hygiene reminder

Ecommerce Assistant
-Assist in timely order processing and fulfilment
-Manage day-to-day customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
-Jobscope can be revised time-to-time
