Full-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE – MANDARIN (WFH)

Job Description
English + Simplified Mandarin (speak, write, & read)
9.30am to 6.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Main responsibilities include live chat, email, document verification, and phone calls.
Training time – night time (Tuesday to Saturday – TBC)
WFH all the time – unless requested to come back to the office due to client request / low performance / disciplinary issue etc.
Job Responsibilities
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
– Required language(s): Mandarin & English
– Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (call center is advantageous)
– Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
– Computer literate
– Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
– Independent, proactive and self-driven
