Technician is to execute of the installation process to achieve the target performances in terms of quality, safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute the installation of new and modernized units applying the methods established by Schindler ensuring the achievement of performance targets.
• Perform all works according to Schindler standards, including quality and safety policies.
• Keep the supervisor informed regarding the progress of work, hours spent and any non-compliance.
• Stay in communication with the customer and the supervisor to ensure the satisfaction of the customer needs.
• Assist installation supervisor in ensuring installation completion.
• Compliance to company policies, procedure and guideline.
• Ensure lift / escalators are installed according to the Schindler committed specification.
• Support technician to carry out task according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.
• Attend technician tools box meeting, safety walk and motorbike inspection.
• Commits to build teamwork through involvement, communication and motivation.
• Support technician on service & callback issue.
• Drive and promote safe behaviors.
