Full-Time SALES PERSONNEL
Job Description
Basic RM1,200 + OT + Commission
- Provide good sale services to customers and share product knowledge with customers.
- Develop new customer base and generate sales from new and existing customers.
- Handle all customer enquiries, request and complaint promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Handle all sales documentation accurately and professonally.
- Work as a team to support sales operations and inventory management.
- Issue quotations and invoices to customer.
- Follow up with customer orders promptly and professionally.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop new business.
- Maintain good product display and cleanliness and tidiness in shop.
- Attend product training and constantly study latest product information.
- Feedback latest customer trends and propose sales idea to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
- Introduce, explain and educate customers on product features and benefits according to each customer needs, budget and lifestyle.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve personal sales target, group target.
- Attend roadshows/exibition/fair on schedules basis/ as when needed.
- You are also required to perform the duties as may prescribed by the Company from time to time.
