Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Assistant Operation (Operator) :-

Execute the solution provided by Operation Executive on error occurs.
Arranging parcels based on each subject/category.
Paste the printed barcode sticker for box and parcel.
Tagging the barcodes of the boxes and the parcels to update in tracking system.
Tagging the QR code of the booklets to update answer script record in tracking system.
Print and paste QR code of the booklet.
Removing substance from the booklet before scanning.
Scanning the booklet by using scanner machine.
Follow and obey the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each process.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within workstation.
Execute any task assign by the superior.
