Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Manage and in charge outlet operation aligning to company branding & strategy

2.Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all our customers

3. Medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling.

4.Promote intensive range and category of products in fulfilling customers need

5.Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve the multiple KPI

6.Poison & Inventory Control

7.Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues.

8.Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development

9.Be responsible in managing staff schedule

10.Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding

11.Participate in company promotional activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and a registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia

2.Ability to converse in English or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

3.Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided

4.Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for Provisional Registered Pharmacist (PRP)

5.Able to perform shift duties and willing to reallocate

6.Continuous learning, refreshing and keeping knowledge up to date

7.Possess positive thinking, self-initiated, sustainable passion towards pharmacy practice

8.Good understanding towards pharmacy’s relevant laws and regulations

9.Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety

10.Flexibility in tasks allocation and open-minded to accept new technologies and challenges

11.Market sensitive with strong commercial awareness

12.Great passion for contributing towards society via various channels including corporate social responsibility projects, school talks or health promotions.
