Management Trainee training will help you to develop certain skills required through proper training in each department for the management of the organization.

Role and responsibilities:

• To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service.
• To achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
• To participate in company activities and training to increase knowledge and skills.
• To build strong client relationships to retain and grow the wealth of the clients.
• To receive valuable market insight and feedback.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
• Candidates will be involved in the role like Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Training, Finance, and Sales
• Must be creative and have a take-charge personality
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Good communication skill, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• No experience and fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM5,000.00 per month
