Tugasan:
1.Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran untuk memastikan operasi pejabat yang cekap.
2.Menjawab panggilan telefon, menjadualkan perjumpaan dan menyokong pelawat.
3.Menjalankan tugas pentadbiran
4.Mempamerkan komunikasi yang sopan dan profesional melalui telefon, e-mel, dan emel.
5.Berpengetahuan dalam Komputer: Ms.Word/Excel
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.
  • Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
  • Sort, distribute incoming mails and outgoing mails.
  • Answer phone calls, to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
  •  key task in accounting operations and functions
  •  Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by the management.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
