Job Description
Tugasan:
1.Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran untuk memastikan operasi pejabat yang cekap.
2.Menjawab panggilan telefon, menjadualkan perjumpaan dan menyokong pelawat.
3.Menjalankan tugas pentadbiran
4.Mempamerkan komunikasi yang sopan dan profesional melalui telefon, e-mel, dan emel.
5.Berpengetahuan dalam Komputer: Ms.Word/Excel
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems.

Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.

Sort, distribute incoming mails and outgoing mails.

Answer phone calls, to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.

Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by the management.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
