• Make calls to clients on product/service that available
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible benefits, and ensuring that clients feel valued
• Utilize databases and scripts appropriately
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service

 

Job Requirements:

• Minima SPM
• Fluent in Bahasa and English
• Good Computer Skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• Job Types: Full-time
• Malaysian citizens only

Schedule:

• 5.5 days per week
• Monday-Friday : 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm
• Saturday : 8am – 12pm / 9am – 1pm
• Expected Start Date: IMMEDIATE HIRING
