Responsibilities:

  • To handle corporate secretarial work and Incorporation of company
  • Able to communicate with potential customer
  • Maintained corporate record manually and in software.
  • Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act. 2016
  • Preparation of the directors and shareholders’ resolutions, AGM & EGM minutes and etc
  • Filing of documents

Requirements: –

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma (ICSA or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English other dialects and language are added advantages
  • Candidate with accountability, independent, passion, friendly, good in communication and strong follow up behave is added advantage.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MS Word, typewriter
  • Working area: Puchong
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
