Job Description

Taking and interpret design brief, produce preliminary concept design, coordinate with engineers and prepare drawings for building plan submission
Follow up with authority for compliance and approval, prepare full set of tender drawings, contract administration, site supervision and prepare instructions and certificates
Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s): Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3-D rendering
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Project will be in Endau Johor, acceptable out station.
Can work as soon as possible.
Have own transportation
