ADMIN EXECUTIVE (RM1,500 – RM2,800)

Immediate Hiring!!

Job Scope:

• Handle daily office administration task
• Including coordinate with vendor and customer
• Invoice and receipt documentation filling
• Quotation and proposal preparation
• Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• 5 Working days / Week job

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in related field.
• Preferably 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in any industry.
• Carry own transport
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to multitask, resourceful & proactive with good common sense and sense of urgency.
• Good attitude and responsibility.
• Applicant willing works in Johor Bahru, Johor.
