Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Documentation and data entry (Insert customer and account data by inputting text (based and numerical information)
  • Review the data for flaws or errors, correct any compatibility issues if possible
  • Manage and organize records and files
  • Handle inquiries
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Explain products or services, prices and answer questions from customers.
  • Deliver promotion information to client, as and when promotion is available.
  • Other task assigned by Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English
  • Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to manage workload and stress
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Good work ethic, well organized and self-motivated.
  • All races is applicable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
