Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Documentation and data entry (Insert customer and account data by inputting text (based and numerical information)
- Review the data for flaws or errors, correct any compatibility issues if possible
- Manage and organize records and files
- Handle inquiries
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Explain products or services, prices and answer questions from customers.
- Deliver promotion information to client, as and when promotion is available.
- Other task assigned by Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia OR English
- Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player
- Willing to learn
- Able to manage workload and stress
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Good work ethic, well organized and self-motivated.
- All races is applicable
- Fresh graduates are welcome
